Preparticipation Physical History and Evaluation Form

Rusty Mansell from 247sports.com and Chad Simmons from Rivals.com are hosting a camp for middle schooler players. 

It will consist of headshots that will go on multiple recruiting websites, official height/weight/wingspan/40 yard dash/standing broad jump, which is all so important to colleges, even at this stage.

We will also provide the platform to work position drills they will work in college camps and some 1-on-1 competition.
